General overview:
Luna Park (main entrance) to Haydens Rd, including:
• Continuously rolling turns, out and back
• Individual effort sections – Haydens Rd loop, and Ormond Esplanade, between St Kilda Street and Glenhuntly Rd
Hayden’s loop – Haydens Rd, Balcombe Rd, Keating St, Forth St, back into Haydens Rd, Balcombe Rd to vets. (Repeat loop option for advanced riders)
These rides provide an opportunity to build strength and develop additional fitness. The Ride Leader each week will provide the specifics of the ride, which will take into account bunch size and weather.
Route: Haydens Rd loop, returning to Frankie’s Top Shop in St Kilda for coffee
Start: Luna Park St Kilda – at the entrance

Distance: 35km
SKCC kit: mandatory (and it must be visible)
Suitability: This ride assumes you are comfortable with bunch riding and familiar with constant rolling turns and keen to develop further.
Ride Description: Pace is low 30km/hr, continuous turns on the way out. The option of your own efforts around the Haydons Rd loop or stay with the bunch. Regroup at Vet parking spot after the Balcombe Rd hill. High 30s-40km/hr rolling turns back.
