3 races in the one event – hot lap, crit & elimination.

Women only, 30yrs+

Riders need a current AusCycling Race licence, (or 4 week free trial for new members)

Race 1 – Hot Lap: 1 timed lap of 2.2km circuit. Riders set off at 30 second intervals from a standing start. Times from this race will assist validate gradings for the other races. No special TT equipment allowed (tri-bars, skinsuit, aero helmet etc).

Race 2 – Croydon Cycleworks Criterium: Signature event of the day

Graded scratch races. Ride marshals will accompany D grade.

A & B grades: 60 minutes + bell lap

C grade: 45 minutes + bell lap

D grade: 40 minutes + bell lap

Race 3 – Snooze Elimination: Short race on 660m circuit, grades run separately. 3 Neutral laps then 1-2 slowest riders eliminated per lap, final 3 compete for placings.
